    A little guide about bga Rework stations and reflow oven (ic heaters):
    we want you to have the best price for them but if you do not want to spend the money in the station you need, it is not our faulty, its yours.  So we classify the stations in 4 types.      Basic / advanced / expert /ultra and Ultra Max - buy what you need, and do not make our responsible for your decision


    Basic : we have the IRDA T-862 -  it only does chips until 18mm, the plate is 60 * 120mm and the equipment is soldering iron, irda heating plate and infrared beam only. Is cheap and is basic. This machine is not offering the world of wonders of welding.  Is a good machine for mini laptops, medium laptops and mini boards, specially mobile phone ones or maybe turbo chips, but won’t do big chips.
    Advanced:  we have the irda T-862++ ( do not confuse with the last one ). It does chips until 35mm, the plate is 120 * 120mm the equipment is soldering iron, irda heating plate and infrared beam only.  Is middle class price, but will have lenses on the bottom of the beam. Has 2 lenses to graduate temperatures. This machine does your heating soldering ,  laptops, medium boards and all the mini ones  is in the same class price of the advanced machine but provides more quality finishing than the advanced one and the extra lenses, but do not have heating blazing hot air gun.


    Expert:we have the irda T-870a - it does chip until 50mm, the heating plate is 180*180mm and is in the expensive around 1000 usd class machine. If you need to work with big chips or big boards, do not buy a cheap machine and think will do the work for you and blame the seller when it does not work the way you pretend. You buy cheap and you get a little machine, you need big, you need to buy big.


    Ultra: We Have IR 3000 and it does chip until 65mm infrared and 80mm in preheating,this is dark infrared. the heating plate is 180*180mm, the price is about 1100usd and plus class machine, If you need to work with big chips or big boards, do not buy a cheap machine and think will do the work for you and blame the seller when it does not work the way you pretend. You buy cheap and you get a little machine, you need big, you need to buy big.
    Ultra max : If you need more professional machine, which can programmable and soft control, or you need a large heating plate and easy control, just choose our other Model IR 6000, IR-PRO, IR-PRO-SC


     


    what is a reflow oven for:
    this do the whole welding for a whole board at the same time. 
    We have 2 kinds: the mini , the space is 180 * 230.5 mm, and the super is 300 * 320 mm
    the super is around two thirds of the price of the mini. If you need the space, do not buy less than you need.
