This listing is for two (2) of the compressors pictured above.

This auction is for a pair of SVP's P/N C150, a 12 volt, 150 PSI compressors (they can be run at 200 psi, but this will shorten its life.) It puts out 2.3 cfm max, and is great for use with a 5 gallon air tank. A check valve is installed on the end of each stainless braided compressor discharge hose. A fuse and fuseholder are included. This system is great for train horns or air ride suspension systems.

Dimensions: 11-1/2" long x 7" high x 4" wide.

As an introductory offer we are including two free 40 amp relays and a free 150 psi pressure switch! A $32 value!

A check valve is installed on the end of the stainless braided compressor discharge hose. A fuse and fuseholder are also included. Great for air horn systems, air lockers, air seats and air suspensions.

Did you just spend $40k or $50k on a nice rig only to find out later your 5 year olds bicycle (with training wheels) has a louder horn? Do you want a horn that will wake the dead and get the attention of the living? Then read on...

These Aren't Toys!!!

If you're like a lot of people out there, you probably already tried to upgrade to the cheap red plastic air horns. They've got two problems: 1.) They don't last & 2.) Their sound has absolutely no authority. Give up on those cheap toys and come on over to the Loud Side. Our horns are longer (the longer bells give you a lower, more authoritative tone than some similar looking horns,) are all metal, and are deafeningly loud. When testing your SVP horn we strongly recommend hearing protectors. And don't "prank" people with these things too (sneak up on them and sound your horn to startle them.) You can cause a wreck/hurt their hearing/cause a heart attack, etc. These aren't toys.

Full Size, All Metal...

Our SVP P/N ZT3CTC150 includes our ZT3C horn, which measures 17" long x 11" wide x 11-1/8" tall. Included is the horn with 3 chrome plasted die-cast zinc bells, mounting hardware, and a 12 volt solenoid (already attached.) Also included are one of our C150 150 psi compressors, a 3 gallon air tank, and 15' of 3/8" OD black nylon tubing and all fittings (push-to-connect type for easier assembly) and mounting hardware, and a 30 amp fuse and fuseholder. We also include the gauge, 120/150 psi pressure switch, a 150 psi gauge, and a 175 psi safety valve. This compressor is not for mounting in exposed locations such as under a vehicle. We even include a horn button and wiring kit with all the wiring connectors and wire needed, relay, and a roll of teflon tape for sealing the fittings air tight. The ZT3C horn mounts great on cab guards, sideways under the hood (in front of the radiator,) or underneath your truck in the rear in place of the spare tire.

150 PSI Compressor

The ZT3TC150 set includes our C150 compressor. SVP's P/N C150 is a 12 volt, 150 PSI compressor (it can be run at 200 psi, but this will shorten its life.) It puts out 2.3 cfm max, and has a 100% duty cycle at 100 psi. A check valve is installed on the end of the stainless braided compressor discharge line. Fuse and fuseholder are included

3 Gallon Air Tank

This kit includes our part number AT3G air tank, which has a 12 liter (approximately 3 gallon) capacity. This unit measures 21-1/2" long x 7-3/4" high x 6-1/4" wide. It has (1) 1/2" port on one end, (1) 1/2" - (1) 1/8" & (2) 1/4" ports on the other end, (1) 1/2" port on one side, (1) 1/2" port on top, and (1) 1/4" drain port on the bottom. These are made for use up to a working pressure of 200 psi, and are burst tested to 4 times that amount.

So How Loud Is It?

Painfully loud. Have you noticed how everyone else on Ebay claims their train horns achieve 152db? And it's never 150, it's always 152. Geeeeez. How do they do it? Easy: They lie like drunken congressmen, and count on you not having a decibel meter. They also don't specify how far from the bell the microphone is. You can substitute a higher PSI compressor, add a larger diameter air hose and fittings, and a solenoid with a larger orifice to get more decibels out of your horn, but in reality, you won't hit 152db. Period. With our horns you can easily hit 130db using 110psi. That's two and a half times as loud as your OEM horn. A jet taking off at 60 meters is only 120db, so trust us, 130db will get everyone's attention.
